Yasue Miyauchi, Violin
Yasue Miyauchi graduated from Osaka College of Music. During her studies, she was a member of the [ Japan Telemann Ensemble] And co-founded the [ Ashiya Symphony Orchestra] with fellow musicians, becoming its concertmaster. In her hometown of Kochi, she joined the [Kochi Symphony Orchestra] at the age of 12 and became concertmaster at 22, contributing to the orchestra’s development for 42 years. She also played pivotal role in establishing and guiding the [Kochi Medical University Orchestra] for over four decades. She received the [ 1st Shimoyakawa Award ] in 1976. She participated in the [International music festival in England] in 1976 and 1978. Followed by orchestra performances in various European countries including Switzerland, France, and the UK. This marked the beginning of her international performance career. She has held violin solo recitals in Vienna, New York, Paris, Rome, Milano, Salzburg, Maastricht, and Brisbane. As a member of orchestras and ensembles, she has performed in Germany, France, the UK, Switzerland, Italy, Austria, Yugoslavia, China, USA, and other places. Since 1988, she has been studying under Professor Jela Spitkova at the Vienna National Academy. Currently, she lives in Vienna and Kochi, supporting musical activities with her mentor for younger musicians. She is playing the violin by Nicolaus Gagliano 1824 and the bow Dominique Pecate
