From 6 to 27 July, AMASING, in partnership with the Aldoar, Foz do Douro and Nevogilde Parish Council, is holding the 6th edition of CONVIMUS – International Music Festival. Don’t miss the concerts, masterclasses in violin, chamber music, viola, flute and piano, the International Violin and Chamber Music Competition, the Orchestral Conducting Course and the varied exhibitions that further enrich our programme. This year, CONVIMUS is celebrating important milestones in Portuguese music, including: the 125th anniversary of Nicolau Medina Ribas, the 135th anniversary of Luis Freitas Branco, the 100th anniversary of Carlos Paredes and Artur Napoleão and the 75th anniversary of Fernando Lapa and Christopher Bochmann.
